ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Caitlin Sargent, an award-winning Interior Designer with over 25 years of experience across the U.S., bringing a unique blend of creativity, practicality, and a deep understanding of the design process to each project. Originally from New York and New England, Caitlin has called Denver home for the past 15 years, where she continues to be inspired by the stunning contrast of the big mountains and vast prairie.
With a background in design, art history, and political science, Caitlin's education and real-life experience have shaped her thoughtful approach to design. Starting as a florist, her love for flowers still thrives in both her home and her designs. Raised in a family of fine artists, Caitlin values the creative process and works to eliminate the anxiety often associated with design, helping her clients feel at ease expressing their unique style.
As a mother of two boys and from a family of carpenters, Caitlin understands the importance of creating spaces that are both functional and reflective of her clients' evolving lifestyles. Her philosophy centers around the idea that small moves can have a big impact, and she specializes in looking at the whole picture—incorporating old and new pieces, as well as tailoring designs that grow with her clients' changing tastes.
Caitlin’s design ethos blends the hard work and determination instilled in her by her New York roots with the laid-back, down-to-earth culture of Colorado, creating interiors that are approachable, affordable, and rooted in trust and collaboration.
