For example, design fees for conceptual design space planning, remodeling, drafting, architectural finishes selections, project management range from hourly to fixed factored by project budget or square footage. Interior Design fees for furnishing and décor selections are based on mark-up applied to the designer discount.

Tiiu credits years of classical ballet training as formative in shaping her spatial acuity, eye for graceful lines and balances proportions. Her interests led her to study art history and architecture while pursuing a BA in psychology. Upon graduating she furthered her studies at the renown Parsons School of Design, NYC where she recieved a degree in interior design alongside field experience interning with a global architecture firm which led to launching her career as a designer for a leading Manhattan interior design studio catering to fortune 500 clientele. A recent transplant to Denver with husband of 25 years, and proud mom to 3 grown children, Tiiu has invested a lifetime of design and remodel experience into the recent launch of her own interior design firm whereby she combines technical expertise and artistic vision to produce chic and timeless interiors for modern living exceeding expectation of her most discerning clients.
